Shipping policy

USA Orders

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will typically ship the following business day. Orders place before 12 pm PST Monday – Friday will ship same day.   All orders ship from West Coast USA.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Each customer will be provided a tracking number through our automated system. Please be sure to add your correct email address at check out.  If order is not received within 3-5 business days please refer to your tracking number.

Canadian Orders

Canadian orders will be shipped through USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.   Each order will receive a tracking number.   Please be sure to add your correct email address at check out.

International orders

We are currently working with international carriers and distributors to help keep international shipping costs down.   All orders will receive a tracking number with estimated delivery date.
