WellnessPro offers a 30-day return policy to customers who placed their orders directly with the company. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact WellnessPro Customer Service at (800) 669-1933 to obtain return instructions. Customers are responsible for shipping their returns back to the company. Original shipping and handling charges for the orders being returned are non-refundable. All returns will be processed within 5 business days of being received by WellnessPro. Refund will be issued in a form of the original payment method.
If you purchased products from a WellnessPro Consultant, please contact your Consultant to return your order and receive a refund. All WellnessPro Consultants must abide by WellnessPro Customer Return Policy, Rule 30, WellnessPro Distributor Rules and Regulations.
WellnessPro distributor/consultant return policy is listed in WellnessPro Distributor Rules & Regulations, Rule 52, Product and Sales Aid Returns Upon Termination of the Agreement. WellnesPro Distributor Rules & Regulations document is located in the Wellness Tools section of your Consultant’s back-office.
